"The SUROVI members had a meeting on April 18th 2010 at the SUROVI Park on the issue of their Future Planning and they had an unanimous decision to start area wise Literacy and Personality Development Centres within the Chandrapur Block area. Initially it was decided to start from the Tamulbari Gaon Vilkash & Kalyan Samiti, Tamulbari after having a meeting with the residents (women and Childrens) by April 25th 2010 with a goal to expand the same in the nearby areas withing next two months. Accordingly they had a meeting at SUROVI Park and their venture started from the 2nd May 2010 including a few numbers of women and children form the village in the premises of the Kalyan Samiti office with prior permission."
